Sorry I took so long, but I was able to rip the "Away We Go" bluray with the AC3 track perfectly, so it's not a video issue but an audio issue. It seems as if the AVS video converter has problems with certain DTS streams that come with specific bluray discs. Unfortunately, the AC3 track was only the commentary track so I still need the DTS track to work so that the bluray rip is successful.

I'm not sure where you would like to go from here...Do you want me to send you the unconverted video for testing?

The two times I tried it appears to crash a different spot. The first one crashed within 9 minutes of movie playtime (not conversion time).

I'm doing one thing difference since the index.bdmv file doesn't grab the entire movie. I have manually loaded up all the .m2ts files in order and was using avs video converter compile them into one file (with downsampling of course).

My format I chose was the 1080p Windows Movie (it's the default one listed). This time I made it to 25.51% of the overall movie being completed. File size was at 2.42GB. The audio track is DTS.

I'm running Windows 7 x64.

In order to reproduce this bug, we need a part of the largest .m2ts file from your disc. Please cut out 150Mb from this file using a special utility I will send to you shortly on the support page and send it to us.

Will do. But wantd to add one public note to the issue. I was able to succesfully convert all the m2ts files in a batch but also didn't join them and instead joined them after it converted each one. I also switched to the 720p profile.

So I'm not sure if it's something in the 1080p wmv profile or something caused by linking the files together in the batch and not splitting them up. But I will follow the directions provided. I just wanted to add this data point to the equation.

Unfortunately, the file archive you have uploaded to FTP is damaged, please could you download the files once again unzipped. Probably, we'll manage to reproduce this issue having the original videos available.

Hello Nadin,

I'm going to send you the entire movie file and the index file for the movie "From Hell" it seems that the index file doesn't work properly and the movie only fails at the 79% converted mark. Many bluray movies I have tried seem to have this failure issue of "Video Converter Stopped Working".

On another note, it seems that you have no support for the uncompressed audio track...which makes some movies have no audio at all, as they only feature the uncompressed audio in english without a DTS or AC3 track.

I'm trying to upload the file but I can not get into the FTP site, it says the login credentials are not valid.

I used a real FTP client this time so it should be better. All is in the folder schlista.
