Hello
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with how to apply "watermarks". At least I think that is what they are called.
What I would like is to put my website address on each and every video.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks
Andrew

In AVS Video Converter there is an option to apply texts to video files. Here is more information on this function.
If you would like to put a logo, you can add an image to your video.

Thanks Nadin
I looked at the instructions, which told me to find the "text/text in rectangle", but I could not find that anywhere on my Converter.
Please advise

Make sure you are using the latest version of the program (v. 6.3.1.367). The text options can be found under video effects available in the program (see screenshot attached).

OK, thanks, I found the text options, but I do not know how to use them.
I looked at the instructions again, and they say...After dropping the Text/Text in Rectangle effect to the Timeline...

Where or what is the "timeline"?

Also, what is the difference between "text" and "text in rectangle"? The instructions do give a brief description of the difference, but too brief for me to understand.

thanks

Here you can find the detailed definition and description.

isekeb@yahoo....:

The only difference between Text and Text in Rectangle effects is the alignment possibility for Texts in Rectangle (see screenshot).

Please use this link to our Online Help to get the complete how-to-do instruction on how to apply effects, incl. texts in AVS Video Converter.

Thanks Nadin
I think I have that worked out now.

Is there anyway to reduce the size of the print?

Thanks Again

One further question, Nadin. The watermark only show for a small portion of the video. Is there any way to make it show for the complete length of the video?

(And my other question - see previous email - is how to reduce the size of the print on the watermark)

Thanks

There are font settings in the Properties window. Font, font style and text size settings can be applied there (see screenshot 1).

You can change the effect limits by stretching its boarder on the timeline (see screenshot 2).

All the best
