Hello Nadine

Thanks for the reply to the problem I am having with the video converter.
I did as you suggested and completely removed the avs4you software from the computer and from the registry, then downloaded the newest version to try but it still gets to .24 percent and then gives the same memory errors I told you about before. I can get the older version to work but cannot get this newest version to co-operate.

Let me know what you think

Best regards

Please attach screenshots showing the errors that you get. Also specify size and number of dvr-ms files you convert at once and the preset you select. Try converting files of any other formats. Does this problem persist with dvr-ms files only?

Thank you in advance for the information

Also this problem and the error messages occur on all files I try to convert no matter which format I select.

Thank you for the screenshots.
After you click OK in Application Error window, do you get a standard Windows message asking if you would like to send a report? If yes, could you please attach a screenshot of this window and the report.

Hope to hear from you soon

I have tried again to convert and get the memory error messages but I do not get the pop-up asking if I want to send the error report to Microsoft.

thanks for continuing to try and fix this problem.

We are releasing a new version of AVS Video Converter in June, so that'd be great if you waited for the update. In case the problem persists with the new version, you will be able to send a bug report to us (this option will be implemented) which will help our developers to clear up and correct the problem.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience
