I am new to this so be easy on me. I have an error saying couldn't get current profile. i dont get what i have to do to stop this from happening. please send me some help anyone

When I try to save a movie using AVS Video Editor 4.1 I get this message "Error. Couldn't get current profile."
I have the screenshot attached.

I only have the trial version of the majority of your products and have been using them for a long time now. But suddenly in the past week AVS Video Editor has stopped allowing me to produce videos as it says ''Couldn't get current profile. Please contact the support service if this error persists''

I have re-downloaded the software and definitely have the latest version.

Thank you and please answer ASAP as a project is due by Friday.

I am trying to produce a movie in AVS Video Editor Version 5.2. When I click on any of the formats in which I can save my movie, it comes up with an error reading: 'Couldn't get current profile, please contact the support service if this error persists'

Can anyone inform me on how to fix this?

Please reinstall the program following the instructions
Make sure that you are using latest version of the program
If it doesn't help, let us know at once.
