Hey altogether,

when I play my edited video in the video editor it regularly happens, that the video stops at a certain point during the playback but the music continues to play; the whole playback continues till the end of the video file but the visual in the preview stops. This is occuring over and over again at always the same position of the video.

Does anyone has the same problem and a potentiel solution?

I am using a DELL XPS15 with 16GB RAM and 2GB graphics RAM, so performance should not be the problem.

Please specify the version of AVS Video Editor installed on your PC.

Specify the full PC configuration (including CPU and video card model).

What are the parameters of the input video file - video format, codec, bitrate? You can send a screenshot with the parameters from MediaInfo utility (View mode = Text).
