I used to have no problem adding music to my dvd creations from mp3s. Now it doesn't work, I created a dvd from two mp4 files, and created a menu and added music, but when it was finished, the music was not there. why?

I was asked by support to upload my files and provide the steps to create the DVD, that is now completed.

I used the AVS Video Converter to input two mp4 files and selected DVD as the output format. I did the Menu and built the menu and added a small mp3 music file which was all showing correct. These are small files, so I started the program, and it took about 12 minutes. After it created the DVD files, I played them and the menu was good, but my music did not play, and I have never had that problem before.

I just ran the program again to create another DVD with music, and the music would not play
