Hello,

Please, try to repair AVS files:

1. Close AVS Video Converter and all other running programs and applications.
2. Next follow Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Repair

And inform us about unregistered dll's (screenshot will be enough)

Hope to hear from you soon

Hi,

This is not my thread, but am having a ton of problems similar. Here is my screen shot after running the repair. Please note that there are a ton more than what show on the screen shot as this is the last of a bunch of errors.

Thanks,
John.

When I run support, this little box is all I can see. I am unable to resize it to see more of the box.
Thanks.

I've tried to do another dvd just now and get the same "Writer Busy Operation Failed"

It will work fine for about 5 or 6 DVD's then, either I get that error or a data array empty error or timeout error, consistantly. I've just tried 10 DVD in a row and I get all of those errors every time.

Thanks.

Hello Valerie,

I seems to me, that you have no Administrator rights on your PC (which are needed for the proper functionning of the software). So, please log on as Administrator or:
1. Right-click on the program icon.
2. Select "Run as" >> Administrator.

Best Regards

Please try burning the DVD movie converted using AVS Disc Creator. Open the program, choose Burn DVD option and add the whole VIDEO_TS folder to the program. Keep us informed whether the burning is successful or not.

Also please make use of the recommendations concerning burning issues given by Dam within the following topic.

Best regards
