I have recently began using AVS Video Converter and I'm fairly happy with it, except for the fact that almost always the files that I convert to the DVD (Video_TS) format have a micro-stutter every couple of seconds when I run any of the VOB files. It's barely noticeable but it definitely is there. I had a different version of the .mp4 input file and some versions stutter much more while in others, the micro-stutter is smaller but still present.
I have a fairly strong rig but I have already tested the conversion of the same file on different PCs and the rusult is always the same :/
I would be very grateful for any tips that will help to resolve the issues...
