Hi I'm running Windows 10 with Video Converter 10.0.3.613 on a pretty fast machine with lots of memory and an SSD. I am trying to convert Cinema 4k videos taken with an Olympus OMD EM1 Mk2 (.MOV files) to mp4 files using the Samsung UHD/SUHD TV - 4K profile. The process starts, but after a couple of seconds the program crashes with no error message. I have not been able to find any log files. I can convert these same files Using the Samsung Full HD TV profile. What could be going wrong?

Prior to sending in this message I also tried deleting the complete AVS suite, rebooting and reinstalling, but it didn't help

Dear user,

Thank you for information.

Please send us log files with the description of the problem:

Find AVSVideoConverterLog.bat file in the program folder
- if you have Windows 32-bit:
C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoConverter\
- Windows 64-bit:
C:\Program Files (x86)\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoConverter\

Then double click on AVSVideoConverterLog.bat file to run AVS Video Converter and wait when the error repeats.

When AVS Video Converter is closed, a folder with log files will be opened automatically

C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoConverter\AVSVideoConverter.log

Please send the log files.

Thank you for your cooperation

Best regards
