Hi

I would wish that AVS Video Editor would support Multi Thread a lot better than it currently does...

I have a AMD Ryzen 7 1800x with 8 cores / 16 Thread, but total cpu usage is only around 20% when i'm creating a video....

See picture....

Dear Ib,

I have passed the information over to our developers team. They will work on this issue in the future.

For now you can set the process priority in Windows during the conversion - switch to Details tab on the Task Manager window on your screenshot - right click on AVSVideoEditor.exe and AVSVideoConverterHost.exe processes - choose Set Priority - High.

Аlso you can check AVS Video Editor settings in advance, before conversion process: press the Edit button on the top toolbar - choose Settings - Processing - in Resize type choose Super and check the option "Enable enhanced deinterlacing method" - these options are to improve video quality and to increase CPU load.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
