Hello,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website. Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and send us the screenshot of your PC configuration:

Windows 7, 8, 10, Vista: right click on My computer > Properties
Windows XP: right click My computer > Properties > General

Best regards.

Not getting any sound with screen capture in Video Editor. It did work for awhile but was very distorted. Tried removing program and reinstalling, checked all devices and they seem to be working and properly configured. Not sure if I should select the microphone or stereo mix in the Video Editor settings.

, I deleted all AVS programs, rebooted and downloaded newest version of Video Editor and still can not capture sound. I checked all devices and they're all good, another screen-capture program works okay, I selected the audio mixer from the sound control panel etc. still no sound in screen-capture.

Hi Nat, I don't know how to use the audio program, I tried and here's the screenshot.
i should add: I tried another screen-capture program and it worked.
Driver says it's working okay.

The sound bars were NOT working when I tried recording with screen-capture.

Thanks!
