I created a video with a separate audio mix track on my parents' laptop, then got a new laptop for Christmas. The new one is the one I want to register, so I can output without the watermark. Unfortunately, even though I emailed the project files and all of the component files to my new laptop, I can't get the audio mix to play. I tried turning off the sound for the video and the video overlay. The music plays fine when I just play it either on the computer or click on it in the media library.

Then I tried reconstructing it on my new laptop, but the audio mix still is not audible. I'm baffled, please help!

Any suggestions? This is for an after Christmas gift and I'm really hoping to make it work.

Thanks so much.

Nat, you are my personal hero! I was a little skeptical because I just downloaded it so I couldn't figure out why re-downloading it would make any difference, but it totally worked.

Thank you so much! <3 <3

Hi, is there a reason why the second download worked? I mean, it's basically the same process? I'm just lost at this point.

Some components of the program were not installed properly during the first installation.
