To repair AVS files please follow the instruction below:

1. Close all AVS programs and other running applications.

2. Copy the following link to the address bar of My computer window and press <Enter>:

If you run 32bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe

If you run 64bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES(x86)%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe

I'm sorry but executing %COMMONPROGRAMFILES(x86)%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.ex it detects many error (pls see the attached files).

I also cant launch most of other AVS programs (ie video editor, disc cretor, ....) (error messages also in attached files).

Ill also join the list of the microsoft visual C++ installed in my pc in my next message coz it seems i cant join more than 5 files.

The problem is connected to Microsoft Visual C++ library that is installed incorrectly on your PC.

Please delete all the Microsoft Visual C++ versions installed on your PC by following Start - Control Panel - Add and Remove programs.

Then unzip the file in the attachment and run it by double clicking on it.

After you install the Microsoft Visual C ++ attached, try to repair AVS files once again and run AVS programs - inform about the result please.

I really uninstalled all the versions of Visual C++ et I tried to install 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) frrom your zipped file but ii's impossible: error 1935 .

Perhaps you need to know more about my OS: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64 / Service Pack 1 .
