I have appreciated good responses from tech support in the past - not real timely, but still the responses would come within a week or so. I now have three posts for support and none have been answered for a couple weeks. Anyone else experiencing this?

AVS is not very responsive to suggestions on their products but generally come through eventually in support requests. I haven't seen any notes about vacation or anything. :-(

It's a bit different lately, in a positive way. I think issues are being responded to in a prompt manner lately.
