Hello,

I have issue to activate the softs after a re-installation of windows XP.

I have opened a ticket more that 48 hours ago but have no answer.

Is the support always so long ? Has someone experience of re-installation ?

I have the exact same problem.... My computer is says tomany users also. I sent an email to support last week and still have not heard anything. Are they still in Business?

I cannot run my installed AVS software. Despite a valid license (Unlimited).
The program say's " error: According to our records you installed our software
on multiple computers which a breach of our license agreement.

After I enter the activation key and it said successful - it tells me that it un activated. I have sent 2 trouble tickets in fo rthe last 2 days and no help.

I have unistalled and cleaned the registry and reinstalled and nothing.

Any Help???

I tried to use AVS Video convertor yesterday and it said the license had expired. We purchases an unlimited Subcritption.

I have downloaded the latest verion (8) adn trtrieved my license key just incase and now it says I cannot activate again as it looks like this software has been installed on another machine.

Please Help, as a college we have many videos needing to be converted. I have put in a support call but had no reply

I have purchased a renewed licence and activated it in my software program but I still receive the error "Your subscription has expired and the AVS watermark will appear on your output field. I have entered my license several times in the "Activate" box but it is not being recognized. Please assist.
