we have a video containing images of people that we need to cover the faces so as not to breach confidentiality or data protection, how do we put circular grey distortion blur's over the faces so that nobody can recognise individuals ?

We have tried adding a circular effect but after placing it over a face, we then ran the video and the blurr didnt stay on the face, it moved with the video.

Sorry if terms are basic, only just starting with this program and dont know quite what it can do.

Any Help would be very much appreciated ?

Hello,

Yes, blur video effect is available in our program, but unfortunately, it is not possible to attach it to person face, so that it would cover the face through the video.
There is no such option in AVS Video Editor, sorry.
