I'm trying to convert an .avi file into DVD format using AVS Video converter 6.3.1.367 I have done this more times than i can think of, however recently some times I get this error. An internal error was encountered (code: 7). Please, contact the support service if this error persists. I am unable to find any information on what this error is or how to correct it. can someone please advise. Thanks
