Why does it strike me odd that posts about registration are not allowed to be posted on this forum, but are to go to support@avs4u.com? The forum would seem to be a last resort for anyone (like myself) who have waited for days for a response from AVS support, and not heard a thing. Perhaps this is why AVS is listed as #169 out of 170 software companies by Trustpilot.
This is indeed sad, as AVS has a suite of some of the finest, user-friendly software ANYWHERE on the market. It takes a huge failure to bring down something that good; your support is doing a great job of it, and telling people that their registration complaints should only be addressed to the same failing support department only magnifies the failure.
