Hello Bill,

To avoid the problem please run repair following Start>All Programs>AVS4YOU>Repair.

If some dll's were not loaded successfully, please attach a screenshot of them.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello,

PDF image format is not supported by AVS Image Converter. You should use AVS Document Converter to convert pdf to jpeg.

Hello yusuf,

Please run repair from menu Start>All Programs>AVS4YOU>Repair. If AVS Image Converter.dll does not load, install the patch attached in zip archive. Repair AVS files again and try launching AVS Image Converter.

Please inform about the results.

Regards.

Hello,

Please try to change the location of output folder. Specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin and specify to which format you convert.

Best regards.

Hello,

AVSImageConverter.dll is not available in the Internet. If you have any issue with AVS4YOU software please repair AVS files:

1. Close all AVS programs and other running applications.

2. Follow Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Repair.

If some of the .dlls are not registered, please make a screenshot of the Repair window showing those files and send it to us.

Best regards.

Yep, PDF image format is not supported by AVS Image Converter.
"AVS Image Converter.dll not found" maybe suggest that your .dll is not installed correctly, I think.
I'm a green hand, I'm testing an image converter recommended by my friend recently, and I have not met such kind of probelm.
Or you can choose another one to have a try.

Best regards,
Arron
