I'm a new, registered user, created my first HD video with AVS4you editor, and have a problem to be discussed in another thread.

After plodding through the lame help system in AVS4you, and not finding any help for any problem, I went to the on-line help. Why is it even there?
Ask a question, wait for someone to read it, answer it, go back and hopefully someone answered it correctly.
Why are these forums not referred to in the first place?

I suggest your main webpage provide a link to these forums.
The only way I found them was through a Google search for "avs4you forums".

Hello,

We are sorry to hear about such negative experince.

Online help site is not a problem solving service. In the online help section you can find only help manuals for AVS programs and also user guides how to perform certain tasks with our software. If you face problems with our software, you are welcome to use our Support service - http://support.avs4you.com, from which you can also follow this forum.

I hope it clarifies.

Best regards.
