Dear AVS Community,

I have already tried to find a solution for my problem in this forum, but none of the topics seems to discuss the issue I have.

I'm expecting issues while converting old real media videos to flash. I was able to convert only those of them, which have been produced with the real video codec 10. If I try to convert a video where the real video codec 9 have been used, the converter crashes with the following error message (please see file attached).

I will be very grateful for any help and support you can provide.

Problem solved!
I received a modified .dll-File from the AVS-Support, which will be included in the next program version.
In addition to that I had to deactivate temporary my anti virus program and add the avs video converter to its trusted applications. These two steps resolved my problem.
