I'm running AVS Video Converter 6.2 and am unable to do any conversions.

I put an .flv file in the Input File Name box
I give it an Output File Name
Use a default Profile
and click Convert Now!

Nothing happens.

I ran the Repair program and got the following error message:
AVSMobileDevice2ActiveSync.dll Can't Load Library

I have been able to use an earlier version of AVS Video Converter without problems about 6 months ago.

In an effort to speed things up I followed the instruction on this post http://forum.avs4you.com/posts.aspx?lng=ENG&t=364

Essentially I uninstalled the software, deleted the registry entries and sll the file folders.

Now the AVS software seems to function correctly except that my license is gone. How do I get my license back?
