I am trying to split a movie into sections. I move to the spot I want it and click the CHAPTER BUTTON on the menu. The instruction clearly says to click on "add" button. However, my "add" button is in gray color. It is not functional at all.... I am using a free, non-activate version. I checked to see if this free version is fully functional, and it is. So..why is my "add" button not functioning.

Specify please if the Add button is not active with any video file you use.
Can you add the first (or more) chapters of the video or the button is grey all the time?
Specify the position of the marker (in minutes and seconds) when the Add button is not active.
