I have been trying to convert a powerpoint to AVI and then make a DVD. Everytime I get "External Exception E0D73636". I ran the repair and found "AVS Mobile Device 2 Active Sync.dill can't load library. I just bought this program tonight and need to make DVDs right away. What should I do? HELP!!!!

Sorry for the late answer.

Do you have this problem converting only one particular ppt file? Could you please attach it to you message? By way, it's better to convert your viideo directly to DVD format in AVS Video Converter.

As for AVS Mobile Device 2 Active Sync.dill, it is intended to upload video to windows mobile devices and does influence conversion.

It appears the other powerpoints will load. I am wondering if it is the transitions that are stopping it. It is very slow to tell me it is an error. What can I do? I myust have this immediately!
