I purchased your software on 4/26/10 and converted a DVD/video file (IFO) to a Flash file (swf). I also specified a (reduced) frame size of 465x350 for the conversion. The converted swf file plays in Flash, but it momentarily flashes/displays a random frame from somewhere else in the video every 10-15 seconds during playback. This problem does not occur in the original DVD file or when I convert without changing the frame size (the original size is too large for my web page). I've tried converting to several different frame sizes, but this problem occurs regardless of the size.

The original DVD/video file is actually 6 files stored in one folder: VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB, VTS_01_0.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO, and VTS_01_1.VOB. When I ran the AVS converter, I specified the VIDEO_TS.IFO file as my Input File Name. The file is 59 mb in size. Any ideas? Thanks! David

To analyze the problem we need your source (input) file.
You will get the instructions on how to send us your DVD file to your e-mail.
