Hello Lex,
Support shot me an email indicating that they could not find anything. Should I send a video tape of the issue from each of players and computer so they can visually see the issue? What would be the next step?
Thanks,
Lex

Hello,

Unfortunately, the video tape of the issue won't allow us to reproduce the issue. We will be grateful to you if you send us all files used in your project. Please send them to our support system.

Best regards.

I tried logging in the the ftp server but was unable. The password may have expired. I noticed that if I use Standard Quality or below the issue does not occur. I think the AVS functions are to demanding for even a computer of my size 32GB of ram.

Hello,

Thank you for the cooperation. Could you please specify whether you convert the project to AVI or to DVD (as you sent us the settings that you selected for the conversion to AVI and mentionned that if you chose the Standard Quality or below there was no issue, the last settings are availble for conversion to DVD only). Please also specify whether you sent us the original file or the output file.

Best regards

The file was converted to DVD. The This is the original file that was used to produce the hard copies on DVD.

Hello,

1. When you edit your DVD: we suggest you to load into AVS Video Editor video_ts.ifo file in order to be able to edit the entire structure of the original DVD.
2. As we understand, after you edit your DVD you convert it to AVI and then you reconvert this AVI to DVD. Try to convert to DVD without pre-convert to AVI.

Best regards

Thank you. But when I edit a DVD I go into the AVS Editor, I use the "Open Existing Project" button. Then when done I recreate the project. I have done it to DVD format as well and run into the same issue of jerkyness and lagging once burned to DVD hard copy. Seem to work well without issues when I burn to disc using Standard Quality or below. Video, Special Effects, Titles, Music, Transistions must be too intense at the higher qualities. That's my guess.

Hello,

Thank you for your information.

Could you please send us two VIDEO_TS folders (one created using Standard Quality and one created using High Quality) created with AVS Video Editor? You can find the VIDEO_TS foldersin the output folders (just cancel the burning on the disc at the end of the building of your DVDs )

Best regards

Hello, Here are the two types of 'Produced' files. Both Standard and High Quality.
Please note the additional information that may aid with solving the issue: When producing the HQ version to DVD. Whenever the process involved the Text' Light Style' transision at the beginning and toward the end before the title scoll, it took the system 10 minutes for the front and over 20 minutes at the end to process. Nearly came to a halt. Had to check the Task Manager to confirm it was still running.
Also: I have 11 seperate videos disc that were imported to use sections from each to create a persons 'This is your life' type of video, 2- song, 115- pictures. Don't know if that would slow the process down.
Again. Your help is much appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry for the misunderstanding but we need the entire VIDEO_TS folders (not only video_ts.ifo files). Could you please send them to our ftp server?

Best regards

Just an FYI. Your recommendation to use Filezilla is not recommended. I detected 9 Trojans. They do not use encryption.
