I am trying to convert some movies that I recorded on my Windows Media Center from my cable service. But when I load the file in the avs video converter, it only loads 15 minutes of it. Any ideas

Hello,

Have you tried playing your files in video player software on your PC, for example Windows Media Player. What duration does it show for the same files?
