Could you please attach a screenshot of the program interface showing the error that you get, as well as a screenshot of the output format settings you have selected. We'll try to clear up this issue.

Are you using the latest version of AVS Video Editor?

To take a screenshot:
- press PrtScn to copy the screenshot to the clipboard;
- open a graphics editing program (for ex. Microsoft Paint);
- press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot from the clipboard;
- save the image in PNG or JPG format;
- attach the image file to your post.

Best regards

According to the screenshot, you are using the previous version of AVS Video Editor. Please install the latest one (v.4.2) and try saving your project with the updated program.

This must help to solve this issue.

I'm having the same problem. everytime i try to produce, it comes up with an error message. the screenshot is attached. i tried downloading the new version 5.2.2.173, but the preview of it is very very choppy, and i can hardly work on my editing. i uninstalled it and am currently using version 4.2.1.188 the one i was using before. but now it isn't working. the preview is a bit choppy but not as much as the new version, and i can't produce any videos. now i wished i hadn't downloaded the newest version. i already tried asking for help but they kept taking weeks to respond. i've had to wait over a month for them to find a solution but they haven't. I've tried to be patient, but I'm seriously getting frustrated with this program. my details are as follows.

AMD Athlon 600+3.10GHz/Dual-core/Windows Vista Ultimate/2GB RAM/NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT 512MB

The video format is MPEG-4 Video File

Please can someone help me, thanks
