I pressed Edit, and extract the audio.
Then the error message comes out.

I am using a Japanse version 6.2.5.344.


Even though I tried some DVD format files, I can not get the audio files, either.

So, how can I extract the audio track from my MTS files?

Please try to completely uninstall the software:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall.

2. Go Start > Run... Print regedit in the opened window and click OK. In the opened Registry Editor window please find and delete all AVS4YOU folders:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).

3. Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > AVS4YOU (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > Common Files > AVSMedia (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Documents and Settings > All Users > Application Data > AVS4YOU (delete it).

Then download the software anew.

I did as you wrote, reboot my computer, and reintalled the downloaded video converter.
However, the situation did not change anythig.
Still the same error comes up.

What should I do?

This error has not been reproduced by our developers, so there is hardly any solution we can offer by now. However, in a couple of weeks we are releasing a new version of AVS Video Converter - hopefully, the problem will be resolved then. That'd be great if you waited for the update.
