Hello, the file size of my movies is too large for most hosts...Can they be reduced using AVS...and if so, does that affect the quality?

Thank You

specify the source and format of the files.
You can reconvert them into other format, but of course quality of HD video is better than of mp4 converted with for mobile preset.
Looking for the happy medium :-)

I've had the same problem. I started with an MOV/H.264 file that was 55 min of video, 27.5mb in size.
I used ReMaker to delete the first three minutes of the video and the resulting file was 268.5 MB!!! I tried
saving the new file with three fewer minutes as both MOV and as AVI with the same result. Why is this happening?

Hello,

Which audio format have you selected when saved video in AVS Video ReMaker? What are audio properties of your original file?

Regards.
