In Video Converter text can be added.
My question is can the text be added before the video starts?
That is add text at the begining before the video starts?

There could be different way to do this but I was unable to:

Add a negative timeline. Text at -3mins, then video starts at 0 timeline.
Or
Delay start of video for 3 mins while text is displayed.
Or
Freeze frame 1 at time = 0 for 3 mins while text is displayed.

Anyone know how these could be done?

These could be done in AVS Video Editor 4.2. All the features mentioned are available there. For more info, use our Online Help sections.
