I have AVS video converter.
I import a 22 minute MP4.
I try to convert to MOV.

The conversion completes.
The file info shows the input and output the same length (22 minutes).

The actual output file is only 2 minutes.

Any ideas on this? I bought and registered the software.

Please attach a screenshot of the Advanced window of the program showing all the input and output settings.
Also would be great if you sent us your source MP4 file for testing. Check up your e-mail box for more information.
