Now when I convert a video it ends up longer. For example I converted an 11 minute movie that was converted to a 15 minute movie with 4 minutes just being black nothing.

Please check up the duration of your input file when you play it back in any third party player, then open it in AVS Video Converter, click on Advanced > File Information and note the duration. Is it the same? (please attach a screenshot of the Advanced window)

Does the black screen appear in the end of the movie when you preview the file in Edit window of the program?

Hope to hear from you soon

In this case we'd need the source file for testing. Please could you upload it to our FTP server.

Thank you in advance

Nadin I have sent two files. The original .mov and the converted avi. The avi is almost four minutes longer. What seems to be the problem?

The titles of the video are niikappu michikusa .mov and .avi

Thank you very much for uploading the files. The bug has been corrected in the next version of AVS Video Converter we are releasing this month. That'd be great if you waited for the release.
