I have an MP4 file, that at a certain point it has ghosting in the background, picking up a different part of the file under the primary video. It's very annoying and I can't retrieve the file from the source. Is there anyway to do this with Video Editor or Converter? I thought about trying to convert it to another format, but I doubt that would get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.

btw, is there anyway to get an email when a question I post is replied to?

You may try to use the Zoom effect, if the ghosting is on the sides of the file.
