I set up my desired font, brush, shadow, and edge settings in Objects | Properties - Text Draw. Then I went to the Presets | Draw presets, and executed a [Save] with an appropriate name. Then, the next time I wanted to use this, I right clicked to highlight my new preset, and chose "Apply". It remembered the saved brush, shadow, & edge settings, but not the font settings, specifically the Size & Aligned values. Is there something obvious I could be doing wrong?

Font settings are not saved in presets. This is a principle accoring to which text editing works. It is advisable to type in your own text first setting the font and only then apply your customized preset to this particular text entry.
